I became one of the first women Chartered Accountants in Eastern U.P. in 1996. I pursued my career in Auditing in one of the largest luxury hotel chains in India. After a fulfilling career, I left my job and worked with school children to help them in learning and in developing their personalities. I focussed on my two daughters during their formative years and helped them blossom into confident and sensitive adults. After my daughters left for college, I decided to become a coach and enrolled myself in a coaching certification program. I soon realized that I had found my calling.
I saw the transformative power of coaching and its ability to change lives. I have been an active coach for the past few years and have received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
The Covid 19 Pandemic led to significant job losses and the migration of people from cities back to rural areas. I was convinced that I should create an institution that would provide employment and enhance human capital of organizations. I met Laxmikant Singh who has a long experience and a proven track record in Recruitment, and Payroll and Compliances in large organizations. Karan Singh who has worked in several roles in Human Resources in Adobe, decided to join me in this journey too.
The Pandemic made me realize that the grace of Almighty was required for us to achieve our goals. Taking inspiration from Lord Ganesha, I named our Company Parin HR Solutions Private Limited. We start our Journey with His blessings! We want to enhance the Human Capital of organizations through Coaching and provide employment opportunities to youth from rural India especially Eastern U.P. which is my birth place.

Priyanka has been associated with teaching, coaching and mentoring adolescents and teachers for the past 26 years. Her coaching has helped many students in choosing the right career stream and in working towards their goals with discipline and clarity. She has also helped adolescents with their personal and behavioral issues.
Her expertise would help young professionals deal with their career and work-related issues.
Prior to joining Parin as a co-founder, Basudev has been in several leadership roles in Navy and in companies like Tech Mahindra, Lava International Ltd and BIBA Apparels Limited. In his last assignment, he was Director of Human Resources at Mindlance. In a career spanning over 30 years, he has worked in various areas in Human Resources
Basudev has a Bachelor’s degree from HP University Shimla and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Prachi has been working as the Director, Engagement Management, with McCreightPartners responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing successful large-scale strategic change engagements. She has also led Practice and Alliance Partner Development that involves nurturing and developing relationships with clients, industry leaders, and a network of over 100 Alliance Partners.
As part of Parin, she is managing all recruitment assignments in Americas and would ensure responsive and effective client service. She is based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Kajal brings in valuable experience in recruitment, pipeline management, stakeholder management, handling recruitment software, and data and analytics She has a track record of meeting objectives while attracting the best talent from the market. She has implemented new candidate screening processes, which improved the efficiency of the interview and hiring process.
At Parin, she is the central point of contact for the candidates and liaises with stakeholders to develop robust recruitment strategies. She loves to network and meet new people which has immensely helped her in her career.
